Sports Specific Camps: Basketball, Baseball, Tennis and Soccer -
Play-to-score sports camps with opportunities for scrimmages and game play. Sessions will consist of of drill and station work and end with controlled scrimmaging/game play where players will be able to apply their newly or previously acquired skills into a real game situation. Camp for all abilities, standing, power and chairs.
All Sports Camp -
Combining the best of the best of our summer camps. Each day we will take the favorite activities from our summer and put them back into play. The culmination of our camps with our participants showing us their new skills.
A high energy, barrier-free class that addresses the key concepts of early gymnastics including balance, rolling, rhythmic movements, and beam and bar training, using our adaptive tumbling equipment and techniques. Our new C.U.B.S. program integrating Core, Upper Body, Balance and Smiles!
Obstacle courses can often double as a fun activity that addresses multiple goals. Our new obstacle-based program includes activities that work to enhance basic tumbling skills, core strength, and flexibility. Our specialized warrior equipment consists of bars, balance beams, traverse rock walls, ropes & ladders - to name a few. Wheelchair & walker-friendly obstacle courses will also be available. During this camp participants will unleash their “Inner Warrior” by completing the different obstacle courses all while racing the clock to get the best time as well as establishing a fitness-is-fun mindset.
Music and Movement -
Taking the best of the best of our music and movement programs, dance party, karaoke biking, hip hoppers, drumming plus our rock and roar.
