Our Active Adults programs provide opportunities for adults of all ages and ability levels to be active in a variety of ways while socializing with peers and making new friends. Music and movement classes, sports leagues, a variety of fitness options and more keep participants moving while at their own pace.

Courage Lions and Panthers programs are adapted to enhance developing minds and bodies with fitness, games, and recreational activities as well as components to improve socials skills.

Active Adults programs are designed to keep adults active while allowing for a chance in pace when necessary. Active adults programming also includes our popular Karaoke Cycling class!
