Courage Lions and Panthers programs are adapted to enhance developing minds and bodies with fitness, games, and recreational activities as well as components to improve socials skills.

Active Adults programs are designed to keep adults active while allowing for a chance in pace when necessary. Active adults programming also includes our popular Karaoke Cycling class!
